  • WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER POLICY?
    We monitor the weather closely, as Oklahoma weather changes frequently! If we believe the weather will cause us to need to reschedule we will contact you ASAP. Our morning routes should expect to receive notice starting at 7:30 A.M. while afternoon routes will hear from us starting at 12 P.M. Please let us know if you have a garage we could detail in, and we will strive to make your detail happen!
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY?
    We ask for more than a 24 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling your detail appointment. All cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours or less of your detail appointment result in a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee.
